The PMC was purchased by the Town of Corte Madera at the end of 2006 with The Perotti Group brokering the deal. Within two years TPG and myself, being the active manager and leasing agent, almost doubled the value of the center as well as assisted in stream lining the leases so that all tenants were on the same lease that passed through the expenses to the tenants and not the Landlord. During that time TPG negotiated multiple leases the largest being a completely new lease with the anchor tenant, The Pet Club, of about 9,000 square feet.
