Tenant Representation - Bulk Retail - 15,000 sf - I worked with Cary Littell of Marin Moto (formerly Marin BMW) to move him from his old location at 30 Castro in San Rafael to 101 Frontage on E. Francisco. 

When we first met I asked him where would he like to be and he told me that 511 E. Francisco was his dream location, but it was too expensive and the agents had turned him down and others had told him it wasn’t possible.  Almost an entire year of negotiating later Cary began construction to move into his new “Dream” business home.  www.MarinMoto.com
