Champagne Fitness

Dual Representation - Retail - 700 + sf - Gary Champagne came to The Perotti Group via his grandfather and myself playing golf in a scramble foursome.  Gary, a graduate of UC Berkeley, is a personal trainer with a focus of taking high school students to division one level athletics.  Moving into the Park Madera Center was the perfect location for him because it was close to highway 101, centrally located in Marin County and next to town park.  Being a great addition to the current tenant mix at the PMC The Perotti Group worked with the landlord to bring Champagne Fitness into the center in a deal that worked great for both the Tenant and Landlord.
