Saint John’s Courtyard

The Perotti Group found purchased this two parcel, 16 unit, property with 13 investors in July of 2005.

The purchase price was $750,000 or $47,000 per unit cost.

The value added element was in a remodel of both the exterior and interior and condominium conversion.

The Condo’s were sold at $125,000 per unit with a REAL return of 42.55% to the Investors.
